You will see also that Capital One turned that debt over for collection. You also see statements from Capital One showing charges.

Manning is a registered sexual offender? since 1989 Manning who was convicted of Sexual Battery has been singing in many churches around Memphis and serves presently as the Minister of Music at First Baptist Bartlett. oh Yes Pastor Mcdonald and the deacon are aware of Manning's offense but do not care. by the child that he sexually abused was his daughter.

I received information that Citedel Of Deliverance  COGIC had a deacon working with children that's a registered sex offender. After investigating I did find that David Eugene Burnett is in fact registered with the state of Tennessee as a violent sex offender. It seems that in 2016 Burnett was a teacher at Kirby High School and a 14 year old boy accused him of unzipping his pants and pulling them down and touching him in a sexual manner. With Burnett being a sexual offender still on probation he is to not have contact with children so for him to be working around children in the church puts him in violation and perhaps a child in danger.

Linwood Dillard pastor of Citedel has informed me that Burnett is not a deacon of the church and the person placing the fact that he is one will be reprimanded. He states that Burnett does not have any of the required credentials of COGIC for being a deacon. Dillard also states that when he was unaware of the charges that Burnett has and when asked about them today Burnett stated that he did not know he had to make the church aware of his past. Im informed that the church is going to suggest to Burnett that he attends church elsewhere.

This documents shows that Frederick Smith used the credit card that he obtained fraudulently in the name of Clevie Williams to purchase salon equipment for Pam Conley. Conley is the girlfriend of a close associate of Smith's, Kelvin Rayford. This salon equipment is considered stolen property. Other documents will show that Smith also used the card to pay her MLGW bill.

He also used her address as well. you will see from the usage of the credit cards he will not be able to say the cards were used for church use.

This document is a traffic ticket from the City Of Memphis Photo Enforcement Program which shows that Frederick Smith's 2013 BMW run a traffic light and his car tag was photographed. after the camera takes a picture of your tag then a ticket is sent to the address of registration, which in Smith's case should have went to 1041 Summer Springs RD. Collierville Tn which is Smith's home address. But instead the ticket went to the address of Clevie Williams the 80 year old former member whose ID he has apparently stolen. The question is why is his car registered to Ms. Williams addres.

Several years ago I told the Memphis community That Frederick G. Smith pastor of The New Life Holiness Church was a crook and now it seems that it is being proven. It appears that this scumbag of a pastor has stolen over $50,000 from a 80 year old former member of his congregation. he has along with his wife Jerri smith have been charged with Identify theft,Theft of property$10,000-$60,000 and forgery. According to police records Smith after telling Mrs. Clevie Williams that he wanted her to serve on the mother's board he obtained this elderly woman's social security number and other information to obtain several credit cards in her name which documents show he used for his personal use. It is no secret that I don't like this scamming motherfucker, and I am prepared to use all my forums to bring his ass down.
