This documents shows that Frederick Smith used the credit card that he obtained fraudulently in the name of Clevie Williams to purchase salon equipment for Pam Conley. Conley is the girlfriend of a close associate of Smith's, Kelvin Rayford. This salon equipment is considered stolen property. Other documents will show that Smith also used the card to pay her MLGW bill.

    If Smith purchased items for Rayford's girlfriend, was she his side chick or did she pay him half of what she charged in money? Example: I charge 6000 but I pay you 3000 cash. Was he making cash money off of the card?

      Exactly, it is called washing the money. He didn't go get a cash advance on the card but he used the card to make money. He charged the full price of the equipment and then got the cash, discounted of course, from the girlfriend. Same thing on the MLGW bill. He pays the bill with the credit card and she gives him the money. Charges should be brought against Ms Comley as well because she is a cohort in the fraud.

    Pam Conley should charged also she ordered those items in her name nd they were delivered to her. She's in up to her eyeballs.
