PASTOR HAS HIS CAR REGISTERED TO HIS CRIME VICTIM'S ADDRESS

This document is a traffic ticket from the City Of Memphis Photo Enforcement Program which shows that Frederick Smith's 2013 BMW run a traffic light and his car tag was photographed. after the camera takes a picture of your tag then a ticket is sent to the address of registration, which in Smith's case should have went to 1041 Summer Springs RD. Collierville Tn which is Smith's home address. But instead the ticket went to the address of Clevie Williams the 80 year old former member whose ID he has apparently stolen. The question is why is his car registered to Ms. Williams addres.

    Pastor I wouldn't put it pass him, if the car is in Mrs. Clevie's name. Because why could they send that info to her house. Are it could be that he had her address on the registration so the repo man could not find the car at his house.
